Absolutely. Itinerary-only planning is available at the same rate as the Self-Guided package.
It covers the time invested in researching and building your group quote. It is non-refundable but applied toward your booking fee. As the host, you may keep it as your contribution or split the balance among the group.
Every traveler should be prepared to split the Collective fee and have at least $250–$300 available for a down payment. Travel with people who are aligned and committed. If someone drops out, reach out and we'll work through it together.
We don't control airlines or hotel standards — travel insurance is your safety net. Our partners reimburse trip disruptions, emergencies, and out-of-pocket costs. Please note acts of war are not covered, but there are still many important reasons this protection is essential.
